Biographical or Historical Note

Master of Ceremonies, Mayor Thomas R. Klinker; invocation: Monsignor George D. Monaghan, St. Sebastian's Catholic Church. Esther Foster, Chair of the Sebastopol Library Board, gave an introduction. The color guard is the Analy Fife and Drum Corps. Lawrence Simons, a Santa Rosa architect, designed building.
