Unidentified work crew strain to close the doors to the kiln after pushing the hops into the kilns from the kiln platform.

Biographical or Historical Note

1320 acre hop ranch; hops pioneer Raford Peterson family worked the land for 100 years. The Raford Peterson house is now an officially designated historic landmark and was sold and converted into an Inn; now the Raford Inn.
