- Photo--black and white: The Sebastopol Restaurant circa 1910 was located to the immediate left of current day Screamin' Mimi's Ice Cream (6900 block of Sebastopol Avenue at Petaluma Avenue in Sebastopol). The building was owned by the Pellinis and was demolished circa 1928--at about the same time the Pellini house was built on Sebastopol Avenue by the Laguna.
