Description

Photo--black and white: The first commercial building in Graton was the Union Block building, under construction circa 1906. It was located on the northeast cornerof Edison Street and Main Street (Graton Road). One of the men in the picture is Ed Wirts, son of George and Martha Wirts, early pioneers of Green Valley. The Union Block had businesses downstairs and rooms for rent upstairs.
