- Description
- Photo--black and white: The P&SR Powerhouse building in Sebastopol--facade facing south. The Powerhouse was built in 1903 and was the power source for the Petaluma & Santa Rosa Railroad which was an electric railway. The first cars were run over the line in 1904, and the later named Hogan Building, built of stone from a local Stony Point quarry, is one of the few in the area that made it through the 1906 earthquake.
