- Description
- Photo--black and white: The north facade of the P&SR Powerhouse located at 230 Petaluma Avenue. The Powerhouse was built in 1903 and was the power source for the Petaluma & Santa Rosa Railroad which was an electric railway. Built of stone from a local Stony Point quarry, it is one of the few buildings in the area that made it through the 1906 earthquake. The Powerhouse was later named the Hogan Building when Hogan Schoch & Assoc, land surveyors, occupied the Powerhouse building.
