from an agency called Santos in Alameda. Before that was with an agency called the Family Tree and when that was project outreach. So they're all over the country. It's not an isolated service agency, though it's sort of a model for all of them across the nation.

Initially, when it got started back in, I think incorporated in 71. The initial problem addressed was juvenile justice issues. If you look at what kids dio if they get into trouble, it's sort of two types. One is they do something that if they want adult, would
