Text below photograph reads: A special RR track was laid to bring in materials in carload lots - sand, rock, steel, and lumber. (Also, a special electric hoist for elevating the sand, rock, and concrete, and shifting the RR cars - eight to twelve carloads of rock and sand were used daily). (Nov. 10, 1937)
