- Photo--black and white: Queen Anne Shingle house known as the Baxter House at 876 Gravenstein Highway South. Windmill and watertank see at the rear of the house. Orchard at left background. Built in 1892 by George Baxter president of the Bank of Sebastopol (later becoming the First National Bank of Sebastopol and eventually merging into the Bank of America). The house was later known as the Malm House, owned by local dentist Cuthbert E. Malm.
