Biographical or Historical Note

Stephen Henderson Akers (1877-1928) was the son of Montgomery Paxton Akers and his first wife, Mary Jane Akers (Henderson); Mary Medora Doty Akers (1847-1942) first married George McIntyre, then Montgomery Akers; Montgomery Paxton Akers (1839-1931) was the son of Judge Stephen Akers.
