Biographical or Historical Note

According to a November 8, 1949, Press Democrat article (page 12) those in attendance and likely featured in this photo were: Raymond Taft, Mrs. Gladys Giddings (daughter of the Blanks), Stanley Giddings (grandson of the Blanks), Eva Blank, William Blank, Roy Taft, Florence Bergmann, Allen Bergmann, Norman Nissen, Harry Giddings, Stanley Blank, Sharon Blank, Dell Grant, Robert Grant, Dora Hansen, Frieda Maggiore, Lottie Davis, William Blanck Jr., Ted Koff, Herbert Newbegin, Patsey Newbegin (daughter of Herbert Newbegin), Wilbur Scott, Harold Scott, Herbert Lentz, Otto Wohlers, Mary Mathiesen, Ed Mathiesen. George Blank and Emily Huber Blank were married on Nov. 1, 1899 at the Blank family home on Bodega Avenue, Petaluma, Calif.
