Description

The photo gives a view of the three-story brick mill and the one-story brick office and retail department of the mill.

Biographical or Historical Note

The mill was established by S. C. and W. C. Percival in 1885, purchased by Hiram T. Fairbanks in 1888, and operated by Dolph and Raymond Hill in 1954. The building was demolished in 1965 for a shopping center.
