Emile Joseph 'Nin' Guidotti (1899-1990) riding on his horse as member of the Redwood Rangers. .

Biographical or Historical Note

Nin Guidotti was born in Guerneville. At the end of his life he was known as a powerful politician who was the last 'strongman' on the Sonoma County Board of Supervisors; he served as County Supervisor from 1936 to 1964, and was also the Director of the Golden Gate Bridge District for 10 years after resigning from the board.
