Description

Shows a swollen Santa Rosa Creek and crumbling pavement. Reynaud Motor Company is on the right, with the former Santa Rosa Gas Light Company manufactured gas plant in the background-- used as a natural gas storage facility by PG&E at the time of the photograph.
