- Slide, color transparency: 1905 Queen Anne house at 382 Florence Avenue, Sebastopol, California, 1976. Caroline Ramos owned and sold this house to Delphine and Joseph Frates in 1909. It was resold to W. W. Monroe, who sold it to the Sebastopol Savings Bank in 1910. The house is currently (2013) home to artists Patrick Amiot and Brigitte Laurent.
