Description

Photo -black and white: Gravenstein Apple Fair exhibit by Laura E. Barlow in 1912. The exhibit depicts a miniature of the Youth camps that the Barlow Ranch established on their property. Children from the Children's Aid Society in San Francisco were brought to the ranch for the berry harvest season and were paid for their labor of berry picking.
